Those who like me tend to view the world through brown tinted specs might be thinking "its probably just a placebo" and killing the benefits with it. Perhaps you could offset by putting it in a shiny new packet with a cool brand name. Or make it a fancy capsule rather than a pill . Or change the colour of the pill depending on which country/ culture you are marketing it to.... Nice idea but observing informed consent might raise a few problems.
