<description>I like some of these ideas which i practice with enthusiasm --drinking wine comes to mind. Learning music ....I started at 40 and initially it was desperate ...multitasking --fingers, tapping the feet, reading the notes or straining to copy &#039;by ear&#039;.......However five years later I love it and it goes to prove that change in the brain is possible ! Getting people to try something novel in pain management is a little tricky and I remember a great story on how a famous Australian beach photographer coped with his pain via immersion in capturing images. It was on a great pain site which seems to have disappeared (it featured Milton Cohen I think ).
